Private tuition is the perfect way to have a class tailored exactly to your needs at all levels from complete beginner to experienced Yogi, whether you are wanting guidance on how to modify poses to work safely and specifically to you, or have specific goals you wish to work towards. I am available to teach Ashtanga, Rocket, Yin, Vinyasa Krama and Yin & Yang styles of Yoga. I also offer workshop style sessions with a specific focus or goal in mind and advanced stretching and flexibility technique.
