Zoë Porter lives in Lymington, Hampshire and teaches Ashtanga, Rocket and Yin Yoga classes in the surrounding area of the New Forest. Zoë is a free spirit with a love for body art and spiritualism. Join her on the mat for a heady, vigorous Yoga practice coupled with soft, beautiful chanting and feel the magic flood the mind during relaxation afterwards.

​Like most of the best things in life, Zoë discovered yoga by total chance and fell in love with it. She decided the best way to immerse herself was to become a teacher to continually school herself and others in the path of Yoga. Zoë trained with the renowned Brian Cooper in Ashtanga Yoga and continues to consider herself a student of Yoga first and foremost. Since graduating her first teacher training more than a decade ago she has continued to study and train with a variety of experienced senior teachers, as well as gaining thousands of hours of teaching experience.

Zoë is a Senior Yoga Teacher & Teacher Trainer Pro  with Yoga Alliance Professionals, and a Yoga Elder with Yoga Teachers Together.
