For all levels! Over this 6 week course you will be introduced to the magic of guided self practice! This allows you to practice each and every class at your own pace and level, recieving individual verbal intructions and adjustments.
The first class will be a led class to introduce you to the Primary Series and my teaching style and methods. In the following sessions you will be given the postures in sections, where you are asked to come to the camera and recieve instructions for the next portion of the class, then you go and do it. Over the weeks this will give you the confidence to be able to move through the sequence independantly. Resources such as cheat sheets will of course be provided and note taking is encouraged.
Following this 6 week course self practice sessions will continue as a weekly class during term times.
These sessions will be an opportunity to practice the Level 1 Vinyasa Krama Pranayama practices together. 30-40 minutes to sit and breathe together at the start of the day. No previous experience required and everyone welcome.
