Ashtanga Yoga - 4 Week Beginners Course

10:30 - 11:30 Saturdays in January 2023 (7th, 14th, 21st, 28th)

Over this 4 week course you will be gently introduced to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. We will start from the ground up, working with modified and simplified versions of the poses. By the end of the 4 weeks this will enable you to confidently join my regular weekly classes.

Ashtanga is a traditional and classical style of Yoga, linking movement to breath, and following a set series of poses that builds strength, flexibility, and peace of mind, and allows for steady and consistent progress.

This course will be suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone already practicing Yoga but new to Ashtanga. If you have any specific mobility or health concerns, please get in touch with me prior to booking to check this course will be appropriate.

You will need to bring your own Yoga mat, or there is the option to purchase a new one as an add on to your course purchase.
