Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga - Beginners Yoga course in Lymington

Saturdays 10:15-11:15 Jan 4th - Feb 8th 2025

Over this 6 week course you will be gently introduced to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. We will start from the ground up, working with modified and simplified versions of the poses. 

Ashtanga is a traditional and classical style of Yoga, linking movement to breath, and following a set series of poses that builds strength, flexibility, and peace of mind, and allows for steady and consistent progress.

This course will be suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone already practicing Yoga but new to Ashtanga. If you have any specific mobility or health concerns, please get in touch with me prior to booking to check this course will be appropriate as although this is a course for Beginners, Ashtanga is not a gentle or slow style of Yoga.

Following the end of this course you will be given the option to continue booking on a half termly basis, with each half term having it's own specific focus and giving progression throughout the following year. 

You will need to bring your own Yoga mat (3-5mm thickenss) and 2 cork Yoga bricks. 

£55 for 6 Weeks, or bring a friend and book 2 spaces for £80
