Beginners & Improvers Ashtanga Yoga:

Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional style of Yoga that links movement to breath and will build both strength and flexbility. Modifications and progressions will be offered to make this suitable for all levels.
Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional style of Yoga that links movement to breath and will build both strength and flexbility. Modifications and progressions will be offered to make this suitable for all levels.
This class runs in half term blocks that start in January at complete beginner level and progresses throughout the year, with specific focuses during different terms such as core work and headstand, or wrists and backbends.
