Join me in the New Forest for a magickal weekend of Yoga, Breathwork, Nature, and Wellbeing!

Arrive here at the idyllic Tiptoe Yoga in the New Forest  on a Friday evening and join me for a Moon Sequence practice, soothing your nervous system and relaxing your hips and lower back after your journey here. 

On the Saturday and Sunday morning you'll wake up to tea and an energising Ashtanga Yoga practice followed by breakfast. After breakfast you'll have some free time - how about the sauna or booking a massage or facial? Your afternoons will include time spent enjoying lunch together and a forest walk or trip to the sea. On Saturday afternoon there will be a truly useful and practical workshop - Practice for Progress, where you will learn how to develop your Ashtanga Yoga practice through the breath, and the vinyasas, as well as breaking down challenging postures and how to work towards headstand and beyond! Our final Yoga session together on the Sunday afternoon will be a Pranayama or breathwork workshop.

A non refundable deposit of £222 per person secures your space with the final balance due 30 days before the retreat. Please ensure you fully read and agree to the policies detailed below before booking. 

Payments, Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers Policy

A non refundable deposit of £222 is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Because we commit funds to the venue and administrative costs immediately, this is non refundable for any reason. 

Your final balance (£222 for a shared room and £333 for private) will be due 30 days before the retreat on July 1st, and the payment link will be made available before this. Failure to pay your balance on time will forfeit  both your space and the deposit paid.

Following this final payment being made no refunds or credits will be issued.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us of their details at least 7 days before the retreat begins.

If you are unable to attend and the retreat is fully booked and we are able to resell your spot to someone on our waiting list, we will refund your full payment minus a £111 administration fee.

It is a condition of booking that all participants hold valid travel and/or activity insurance. This must include coverage for personal cancellation, medical expenses, and "Force Majeure" events. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to your inability to attend.

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, you will be offered a full refund of all monies paid or a credit for a future date. We are not responsible for any additional travel costs (e.g., flights or train tickets) incurred.
